In fact, this week is National Estate Planning Awareness Week. It is the perfect time to account for any oversights or changes in your family’s estate plan, such with a Will, Trust, Power of Attorney, Living Will or Health Care Proxy.
The past few years have brought many changes to families across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and at the Family Law and Estate Planning Center at Amaral & Associates, P.C., we know that these changes can have an impact on your life.
